1. We require a complete landscape design  plan for our existing or new property which will be our permanent residence over the foreseeable future.
2. We love our existing garden but it has become too much work and needs some fine tuning.
3. I would like to make this space in my garden more useful or productive.
4. We would like more screening to create shelter and privacy, screening from the neighbours.
5. I would like to create a more intimate quiet space to sit in, catch the sun and enjoy a coffee.
6. I would like to have a better space for the children or grandchildren to play in.
7. We are going to put the house on the market in the next few months or couple of years and are wanting to improve presentation for sale.
8. We need hands-on help with regular gardening to free-up our time to enjoy other aspects of and activities in our lives.
