We chose New Spaces to renovate the upstairs area of our Curtin home as we believed Tim understood that we wanted more than new for old replacement, and we could not be happier with the resulting premium finish. We are very pleased we engaged Tim to design and construct our deck to ensure we were able to enjoy the views and have a usable space leading from our house living areas. From the initial meeting through to construction, Tim communicated with us regularly and kept us updated.

We engaged Tim from New Spaces to transform our pokey kitchen, living and dining rooms into one open-plan living space. We wanted to spend more quality time as a family in an open plan area, while increasing the value of our property. Our new space really is a dream come true for us, and without Tim it would not have been possible.

Tim ensured we were involved and comfortable in every important decision. He organised and managed trades and completed all construction work, from the most basic timber detail to complex ceiling construction. His attention to detail, quality workmanship and ability to organise and get the best out of his trades was outstanding. We were so impressed with the pride he took in every aspect of our renovation and his thoughtfulness and care was incredible.
