The Way We Work
We enjoy working with our clients toward the best project outcomes. Our approach is to nurture a healthy and cooperative working environment where our client’s values are embraced and shared.

Stakeholder Engagement
We are always mindful of achieving the client's objectives and visions throughout all stages of the project from inception to completion. Creative solutions are achieved by our adherence to design excellence through our efficient and well-tested management procedures and are tailored to suit the individual requirements of each project.

Outstanding Qualification
Based in Adelaide, Nic Design Studio is a registered architectural business. We are committed to providing the highest level of professionalism, service response, and quality product.

A full-service design firm providing architecture

We have a passion for simplicity and sustainability, always balancing form with function and delight with a bit of surprise in a good way.

Our genuine enthusiasm for creative design and attention to client’s needs has allowed us to produce many successful projects over the years. We value our relationship with clients, which means to us there are no ‘small scale’ projects. We approach all projects as a means of furthering our client's interests and objectives, not just as architecture for its own sake. We believe that through collaboration, mutual understanding and effective communication with our clients, consultants and builders we can deliver high-quality products that complement their surroundings and contribute to the lifestyle of their users.

Urban Design
The master plan will provide direction regarding the siting and design of buildings, spaces and activities, and it should also provide for future-proofing over time.

Architecture
Our strength is in our experience in maximising the potential for development as well as meeting our client’s objectives of design excellence, time, cost and quality.

Interior Design
We have the capability to design and implement projects in the following building types: Commercial, Multi-unit residential, Residential, Retail, Aged Care and Retirement and Hospitality.

Planning
During this phase, we will work to provide a detailed analysis of the project and we will establish the project along with our clients.

Listening to our clients and exploring all possibilities is fundamental in ensuring that the design is properly informed.
