NDA was founded by Nicholas in 2001.
Nicholas' passion lies in small-scale works, especially in one-off houses and small-scale unit developments.
To that end, he set up the practice to focus on the design and delivery of unique solutions for NDA clients.
Our approach to architecture is rooted in the guiding principles of modernism.
As a practice, we seek to define the requirements of the users and marry those with the constraints of the nature of the site.
This allows us to look at each project as an opportunity to provide a unique solution, one that is tailored to the client's needs. To allow the client to not only be comfortable in their surroundings but to be inspired by the spaces where they live.
