It is important for both the owner and builder to maintain a degree of flexibility throughout a renovation to optimize the results.

We believe the most important part of a renovation as with any building project is maintaining excellent communication between the Owner and Project Manger, maintaing transparency of the budget and providing opportunity for improvements and adjustments to be made where it may be beneficial to the owner.  Through communication Onform Construction will do whatever we can to ensure your building experience is both enjoyable and memorable.
