Villa Renovations, Alterations and Extensions
- We are specialists in refreshing villas and bungalows, working with you to find the spirit of your home and bring it back to life. Our years of experience has allowed us to understand that when it comes to older houses, no two builds are quite the same and can often come with unexpected surprises. We can help you navigate the tricky process of restoring a home, while respecting its character.
Architectural Building / Heritage Work
- Alongside our resident architect, Brett Olsen, we can support you right from the earliest stages of your build, whether you have a clear vision for your project or not. Together, we can help take you through the predesign and concept plan stage of your build, and work with you to refine them into working drawings and ensure your build is tailored precisely to fit you.
- Retaining the character of an old home requires care and craftsmanship, especially when it comes to seamlessly transitioning new elements into character homes. Our team understands the difficulties associated with heritage work and will support you with the right options to maintain the spirit of your home.

- Providing you with clarity, even if you have no idea where to start. We can provide you with advice around design, layouts, costs and considerations so that you can better understand where to go next with your build.
