I needed to buy skirt boards and architraves for renovations we are doing at home. We were working on a tight timeframe as we had several trades working concurrently and a narrow window for carpentry. I was attempting to purchase the mouldings from a certain large green hardware store, but it would seem they didn’t want my business, I had to chase them for three days, being transferred from department to department and never offered a way to pay for what I needed.

Desperate, and running out of time, I asked my friend for recommendations for anywhere else I could buy mouldings from. He recommended Paradise Timbers. My call was answered within three rings, and the team member I was speaking with was able to assist me straight away. Within an hour I had a proforma invoice for the goods I needed in my inbox. The price was terrific, and I could pay it immediately so I could get the process moving. The mouldings were delivered to our home just a few days later, and our project has been able to progress on time.

How's this for good service. I phoned an order through at 9:30am Monday morning. By 10:30am I had a quote and confirmation the mouldings were in stock. By 12:30pm the timber had been cut to my specification and booked with a freight forwarder. Less that 48 hrs later, the freight arrived at its destination, 1400 km away. These guys are AWESOME!!! I was having real trouble finding a particular timber type from the US and Brett found me one within half an hour.
