Experience leads to excellence

Established in 2011, Paragon Developments was founded by expert builder, Clint Madsen.

With more than 30 years of industry experience under his belt, Clint has gained a reputation for his exacting standards, eye for detail and ability to remain cool under pressure.

With his dedicated team and valuable insight into the region's best tradespeople, clients can rest easy knowing they're in safe hands throughout every stage of their build or renovation.

Honesty

We show transparency and integrity on every project, sharing best practices and enabling our clients to get the most out of their build or alteration. We aim never to oversell or underdeliver.

Reliability

We micro-manage each element of the project, so you don’t have to. Not only are our team of tradespeople the best in the business, but our decades of experience allow us to schedule each trade efficiently.

Communication

We believe that a great customer experience begins and ends with good communication. From the first enquiry to the final invoice, we’re always on hand to help, keeping clients informed with regular updates.

Building a home on your own piece of paradise has long been the kiwi dream.

Building headache-free homes

Building a new home is a significant commitment - one that needs to be done right the first time. You spend considerable time and money planning your dream home, so make sure the team you choose to build it are held to the highest standards.

Paragon Developments is renowned for an exceptional eye for detail and clear communication, a combination that minimises any stress to you as the client.

As with any highly-customised build, hurdles will arise along the way - an unavoidable part of the process. The key to our success is that when these challenges present themselves, we have the knowledge and experience to resolve them quickly and efficiently.

A personal approach to building

As residential developers in Auckland, Paragon Developments is one of many luxury home builders you could choose for your next project. So, why work with us?

We’re not a large multinational firm, with your property just another feather in our cap. We’re locals who, from starting on the tools as apprentices, have grown a thriving business through reputation and hard work alone.

We believe our clients deserve more than just a beautifully finished home, they deserve to work with professionals who will go the extra mile, which is exactly what we do. From the first consultation through to the building’s completion, it’s our mission to exceed your expectations.

An alteration, renovation or extension tailors your home to better suit your lifestyle.

Your dream home is a renovation away

Whether you’ve outgrown your existing space or want to improve the layout of your home, a renovation can help your home achieve its potential. From creating a room with a view to contemporary kitchen updates, the scope of what can be achieved is only limited by your imagination.

Paragon Developments offer a full range of alteration services in Auckland, including layout reconfiguration, creation of open plan living areas and home extensions, to name just a few.

Quality is our priority

Paragon Developments have been renovating Auckland and Northland homes to an award-winning standard since 2011. Working alongside your architect, we develop a plan to unlock the potential of your home, coordinating all aspects of the project from start to finish.

With our many years of industry knowledge and craftsmanship, we give each project the care and focus it deserves, ensuring an exceptional finish that reflects your investment.
