Sam and his team constructed our new home on Mt Pleasant in early 2019. The build was completed within the 9-month schedule and to budget. Build quality was also very good, all of which reflects the professionalism and experience of Petrie Construction and the sub-contracting team that he brought to the Project. Sam was very approachable when it came to making minor changes and regularly offered advice and sensible solutions. Materials were on site when required. The build flowed smoothly.
