Established in 2018, Phase 2 Construction started off as a tight-knit, well oiled, small team of 6, which has now grown into a strong, highly talented team of 12 and is continuing to grow steadily.

Phase 2 has a home base in the rural township of Coalgate, Canterbury, however the majority of jobs are based in Central Christchurch and Rolleston. Phase 2 prides itself on working towards building economical, affordable housing for prospective clients.

The senior team have all been in the building/construction industry for a considerable amount of time and as a team they have had the pleasure of being involved on some pretty impressive building projects from a commercial build of a block of shops to a high-profile build of 39 inner-city apartment complex.

Phase 2 are a big working family with husband-and-wife team Jimmy and Zoe Robertson, leading the way. Jimmy himself is a qualified builder and has a solid 13 years’ experience under his belt. Jimmy is a fantastic team leader, always seeking the best quality workmanship on every jobsite.

Zoe is the superstar head of the admin team and is always happy help answer any questions and provide any details.

The on-site team is made up of a great bunch of guys, with varying levels of experience and they go above and beyond every time. Their workmanship and attention to detail is impeccable.
