Here’s how the cut-to-size process works:

Request a Quote: Let us know the type of plywood or cladding you require and the exact measurements you need to each piece.

Processing the Quote: Once we receive your request, we will quote your requirements and attached to the quote we will provide an optimised cutting schedule for you to check the measurements.

Order Confirmation: Once you have checked the measurement and would like to proceed with your order simply pay for your quote (this is also your confirmation that all measurements are correct).

Precision Cutting: Our team uses advanced cutting equipment to cut your order to the required measurements, ensuring clean, precise edges. We double check the cuts against your confirmed cutting schedule.

Packaging and Delivery: Your cut order is carefully packaged and shipped directly to you (you have the option of either receiving your order with or without the offcuts), ready to commence your project.

With this process, you get perfectly sized plywood, with no need for additional cutting on your end.

Cut to Size Quote

Once we get your cutting request, Ply Online will send you an official quote along with a cutting schedule.

This schedule is a simple layout of how Ply Online will cut your order. The layout will also show your cutting list, grain direction and the board that is to be used.

Please check your required cutting measurements against our cutting list. If you require the grain to run in the opposite direction, please notify our team immediately.

Once you have confirmed that all the details are correct, simply pay the quote. This payment will be your confirmation to Ply Online that everything, including the measurements are correct and we will proceed with cutting your order.
