Precise Builders building process:
When it comes to building new homes in Tauranga, Precise Builders is here to make the process as transparent and stress-free as possible for our customers. So, let's talk about the journey.

These 6 steps take you from imagining your new home to received the keys to your custom-built home.

Step 1: Put your vision onto paper
Upon reviewing the working drawings, we will prepare and send you a quote. Within this document, you will find exactly what is included in your building project. If there's something else you would like included in the quote or changes you want to discuss, we are more than happy to go over them and revise the document to meet your needs.

Step 2: We take you through your quote.
Upon reviewing the working drawings, we will prepare and send you a quote. Within this document, you will find exactly what is included in your building project. If there's something else you would like included in the quote or changes you want to discuss, we are more than happy to go over them and revise the document to meet your needs.

Step 3: If you love what you see, we make it official.
During this stage of the build, we finalise the quote and make sure you're happy with all the details.

Step 4: We double check drawings and consents.
With the contracts signed, the heavy lifting begins. Our architect on the project will work with engineers to make sure the plan and working drawings satisfy all building requirements. Afterwards, the plans are submitted to Council for approval. During this time, the Council can request structural, drainage or geo-tech reports.

Step 5: We start doing what we love most.
The Council has approved the project, meaning building can begin! With a focus on safety and your needs, we work to meet the proposed project timeline. We keep you informed every step of the way and continue working with you to select the finishing touches for your home.

Step 6: You get the keys.
The last nail has been hammered, the paint has dried and the last fixture has been fitted: your house is ready to become a home. We welcome you into your new home, show you around and turn over the keys. We love this step more than building!

Throughout every step of the entire building process, you can rest assured we are in regular contact with you. We are constantly giving updates and relaying building milestones.

You are involved with every step of your home being built.

Considering renovations in Tauranga?

We can transform your home to suit your lifestyle?
Sometimes creating the perfect home doesn't mean building from scratch. Sometimes the perfect home is right in front of you -- it just needs a little work!

We know a home renovation may be all it takes to create the space, look and feel you've always wanted. We also understand renovations come in all shapes and sizes.

Whether it's a complete overhaul to your existing kitchen or fixing your leaky home, Precise Builders is here to make sure your home renovation is in line with your vision.

Starting from scratch or looking to add the final piece to your home puzzle, Precise Builders can help.

Kitchen Renovations Tauranga:
Home renovations are a lot of work but they can also bring a lot of joy. Especially when you have a plan in mind and the right team to support you.

Operating from Tauranga, we offer our building services to future and existing homes in the Bay of Plenty, Mt Maunganui, Te puke, Papamoa and Omokoroa wide. Additionally, we also provide services in refurbishing office spaces in a home or commercial setting.

Home renovation services Tauranga wide:
Along with our new home building services, Precise Builders is proud to offer a variety of renovation services, including:

Renovations, Extensions and Leaky Homes:
Whether the family is growing or you just want more from your living space, sometimes you need to make changes beyond what even the most dedicated weekend warriors can achieve.

Bathroom Renovations Tauranga:
It could be you want to add that island bench you've dreamt about to your kitchen. It might be time for a bigger bathroom. Or perhaps, after some consideration, you might want to add a completely new room to your home.

You may even want to add a new floor or story to your home.

Whatever it is, we can meet up with you to discuss the possibility of altering or adding to your home. We can chat about the amount of work and time that will be required to execute your renovation.

Re-clads:
For some, peace of mind goes beyond how your home looks. It requires making sure the exterior and interior of your home is sound as well.

Often used in repairing leaky homes, recladding is the process of removing any rotten or decaying timber within your home's structure. This is followed by replacing the damaged timber and cladding to provide a healthier home for your loved ones.

Recladding also provides an excellent opportunity to change to a different cladding system if you want to change colour or style of your home exterior.

Additionally, you can take this time to upgrade insulation as well as make building alterations to your home.

Light Commercial:
Another aspect of our renovation services includes offering light commercial work to our customers. At Precise Builders we can:

• Fit out a commercial space for businesses such as retail and hospitality
• Build educational spaces
• Refurbish office facilities
• Update or extend existing commercial spaces

If you are looking to renovate your commercial space, Precise Builders can help get your business looking the part.
