Profile Property Group believed it was time that the greater Sydney area had a company that applied intelligent thinking and careful planning to projects, one that switched on its brains before switching on the drills.

Profile Property Group was established in 2005 to fill a gap in the construction and renovation industry. It was time that the greater Sydney area had a company that applied intelligent thinking and careful planning to projects, one that switched on its brains before switching on the drills and so Profile Property Group was created. Clients have responded positively to our attitude, abilities and consistently high-quality work.  Now in our tenth year of operation, we have the stability and strength to see any project through to successful completion. We attribute our success in home renovations to a number of key factors:

We provide our clients with a unique solution to each project.  We apply smart thinking and innovation to meet challenging issues, to make the most of available resources and maintain budgets.

STRONG RELATIONSHIPS
Throughout our operation, we have built a strong relationship with our partners: architects, designers, consultants and sub-contractors.  The people we work with are always keen to work with us again.  By creating this strong network, we are able to draw on an ever-expanding pool of expertise for the benefit of our clients.

BROAD EXPERIENCE
Building from the extensive experience our Directors had before establishing Profile Property Group, the company now has experience across a number of projects Residential, Retail, Hospitality and Commercial.

FULL RESOURCING
We have a strong experienced project team, but it is fundamental to our success that we always draw in whatever additional resources are required to ensure the smooth completion of a project.  We believe in resourcing our projects appropriately with direct labour so we maintain complete control at any time. As part of our long term planning, we have established an apprenticeship program.  This has been extremely successful, delivering our first graduate in 2009.

The same innovation, smart thinking and attention to detail that brought us these awards is applied to every project we undertake.

MBA AWARD WINNER
In September 2009, August 2013 and July 2017 we won the prestigious Master Builders Association award. Our first awards were for Home Renovation in the $1 million+ category and Home Renovation in the $400,000 – $600,000 category. Our most recent awards have been for Home Renovation in the $4 million - $5 million categories and for Multi-Residential Renovation in the $400,000-$500,000 category.
