You'll have a dedicated team of specialists throughout each phase of the home building process, from initial conversations to door step, to ensure you finish with your dream home. Our staff are highly trained and skilled in their area of expertise. We are dedicated to ensuring that the industry's leading talent is working for us, and with you.
Management System
QPC Build Group runs all of its projects through a software based system specifically designed for construction. This includes all aspects of the job including, health & safety, site checks, purchase orders, timelines, job cards, costings, sub-trades and lots more. This means that everything is tracked and noted in real time and any aspect of this can be pulled at any time for the project manager to share with the client.
The team at QPC are building and renovating everyday but understand that every build is different which is why Alex and your dedicated project manager, will work with you to ensure that all your needs are met and offer advice on how to make the most out of your available budget.
Our project managers will keep you up to date with any changes and take away any unnecessary stress. Likewise if you have any questions, we are only a phone call away. Regular site meetings and email updates ensure you are kept in the loop throughout your project.
Also, by being able to work with our in-house quantity surveyors, you can clearly see what costs are where and how it all adds up and how you are tracking throughout your project.
These two points together mean that over the past decade we have built a brand that people have come to know and trust in addition to our highly skilled and motivated staff as well as great relationships with other trades and subcontractors that we work with.
