Quality Construction Ltd.

Quality Construction Company was established by Dan Albert in 1984. In 2003 the company name was updated to Quality Construction Limited. 37 years on, the company is still in the same hands and is still very successful.

We specialise in residential and light commercial design and build service. We are the perfect match for owners wanting design flair, future proofing, value, best quality workmanship, after sale guarantee and peace of mind.

For us you are not just another customer. We work for you and with you.

To show this is not just another empty talk we have competed in the Master Builders “House of the Year” competition achieving two first places for new builds and other awards for excellence in renovation projects and we were voted finalist in the 2008 Porirua Business Award.

Following on this success, Dan was appointed as a national judge for the awards competition which he carried out for four years as well as serving as an executive member on the Wellington branch for seven years.

Being a member of the Master Builders Association (we have been there for over 20 years now) is not for everyone. Becoming and maintaining membership of this highly regarded organisation comes with high level pre-requisites including expert vetting of the business. This process adds to the credibility and add to the raft of very professional products we offer such as contracts and the 10-year MasterBuild Guarantee.

We are a highly capable and motivated team of professionals. We don’t take the name Quality lightly. We know that if we do the best we can (and we are very good at what we do) we will provide excellent products and services to our clients. We have many happy and satisfied regular clients and we welcome you to become one of them.
