We specialise in residential and light commercial projects, providing architectural services from the initial concept design through to final building consent drawings. For residential services, we cover all aspects ranging from the smallest internal alteration to large scale high end, new construction. For light commercial projects, we provide services on a wide range of developments open to the public, such as; childcare and educational facilities, multiunit dwellings, community assemblies, restaurants, office fit outs etc.
We also offer project management services to assist in overseeing the whole build from start to finish. The head of our organisation is Architectural Designer David Auer. He is a licensed Building Practitioner with a Design Class Level 2 License, a Homestar Assessor, has over 11 years’ experience in the profession, and over 20years’ experience in the construction industry.
David Auer is also the Regional Chair of the Wellington/ Wairarapa region for Architectural Designers New Zealand (ADNZ).
