We can’t wait to bring your custom designs to life. While every project is unique, we want to ensure you know exactly what to expect when working with us.

Phase 1: Consultation

Whether we meet on-site or at our Mona Vale showroom, expect an in-depth conversation to gather the initial details needed to prepare a cost estimate. You’ll also have the chance to explore and compare material samples, allowing us to get on the same page and realise your design goals.

Phase 2: Estimate

With a clear vision for your project, we’ll provide a detailed cost estimate. Our goal is to ensure cost transparency and align our services with your budget, offering a detailed breakdown of everything from materials to labour and beyond.

Phase 3: On-site Meeting

Once the estimate is accepted, our team will arrange a convenient time to meet you on-site. During this visit, we will take measurements, confirm materials and clarify your preferred finishes.

Phase 4: Design

We’ll start by arranging a design consultation meeting to discuss your design goals, desired materials, colour scheme, and more. This will allow us to create your detailed bespoke design plan.

This is followed by one of our client’s favourite parts of the process: our plan presentation. We’ll invite you into our showroom for a comprehensive meeting, where we will share bespoke life-like renders and a premium bound plan presentation customised to showcase the colours, materials, and appliances you’ve selected. We’ll walk you through every component of the space, ensuring you can picture exactly how your new space will look and function.

Phase 5: Design Adjustments

Want to tweak your design? During our design presentation, we’ll gather any adjustments you’d like to make after reviewing the initial plans. Rest assured, we’re open to accommodating changes right up until you sign off on the plans to ensure the space aligns with your design goals.

Phase 6: Quote Finalisation

Using the final approved plans, we’ll finalise your project costing. This allows you to move into the production phase with full confidence in the final price and knowing exactly how much you’ll pay in each instalment.

Phase 7: Production

Now, it’s time to kick into construction. During the production phase, we’ll complete a final check measure, schedule the installation of your custom joinery, organise all the appropriate tradespeople, and keep you up-to-date to ensure your project is delivered to your ideal timeline.

Phase 8: Installation

Installation day has arrived. Our skilled team (along with any relevant tradespeople) will work diligently to bring your custom joinery to life. After installation is complete, your new space is ready to enjoy.

Q. Do you only create kitchens?

No, we design, supply and install all types of joinery such as kitchens, laundries, wardrobes, vanities, and other custom cabinetry. In fact, even transform commercial spaces with custom joinery.

Q. Is your custom cabinetry locally made?

Yes! Our cabinetry is made locally on the Northern Beaches in Sydney.

Q. Can you remove our old kitchen?

Yes, we can arrange for the demolition and removal of your old kitchen by a professional team. The cost varies depending on the size and complexity of the process. Individual prices will need to be arranged per project.

Keep in mind that there may be visible marks left behind from the old kitchen, such as gaps in skirting boards or paint. While Repose does our best to cover these scars with the new kitchen design, a finishing team may need to be arranged once the project is complete.

Q. Do you organise plumbing, electrical, stone or other trades?

We have a trusted group of trades that we can coordinate for your project. As we all work together frequently, it makes for a smooth and stress-free installation process all around. If you wish to use your own trades, this is also possible, and we can still coordinate with them.

Q. I have received a quote that is cheaper than yours. Do you price match?

A quote can vary highly depending on the inclusions and exclusions. We are confident that our prices are consistently competitive and take into account the level of service and quality of the products we supply.

We are happy to discuss any pricing discrepancies and to look over the quote you received to make sure we are comparing apples with apples, as often you will find that it is actually apples and bananas.

Q. I am a previous client and have an issue with something that was installed. What do I do?
