Reside Construction Ltd. are new home builders & renovation experts with a reputation for quality workmanship. We are Registered Master Builders who take pride in crafting quality homes.

The team is lead by Nick Hodgson and Marlon Cosmas. Having trained together in New Zealand as apprentices, they possess over 20 years experience in the building industry.

Formed in 2018, Nick, who previously owned his own successful company – Nixin Builders, based in Tauranga, and Marlon, who previously owned a successful residential building company - JAM Builders, based in London, saw an opportunity to combine their experience, skills and understanding to create Reside. Both have an outstanding track record. Together, they share a wealth of building experience and industry knowledge. They possess a strong sense of style and craftsmanship, and a passion for creating bespoke and high-end architectural homes.
