RFT Consultancy is a Client-side Project Management practice delivering projects within the residential, commercial and hospitality sectors.

Our aim on every project is to save your time, minimise risk, control cost, and provide certainty.

While it will definitely be worth it in the end, a construction project requires time, effort, risk mitigation and a lot of patience.

As your Project Manager, we’re on your team and look after your interests at all times.

We’ll take care of all the tedious work so you can experience the joys that come with building and renovating, without the stress that usually comes with it.

We came to Leon in strife, having realised that we’d spent significant resources on developing the design for our dream home and getting council approval, only to learn that it was far over budget. Accepting that we had lost over $50,000 in design fees and as much in rent, we decided it is best to call in a professional.  

With Leon’s guidance, we ended up selecting a great architect and builder. The design alterations were well received by the council and we soon felt like we were back on track, finally excited for our dream home, without dreading everything else that might go wrong. Knowing we are in safe hands. 

The build was completed within 9 months, and the final cost $600,000 under original estimates.
