Floorplan Consultancy
Whilst your builder’s floorplans will provide you with the essential living spaces, these may not always meet your specific requirements. If you are looking for ways to incorporate your ideas then Riaa & Co. can work with you to review these and recommend the changes to achieve the living spaces you need to match your lifestyle.
Pricing
Initial 2hr Consultation - $150+gst
Additional time - $60/ph+gst

Interior Styling
We can help you create interiors that are a true reflection of you, the families who call our projects home. We focus on designing spaces that represent your personal style and functional needs, paired with our unique and timeless design concepts. Our goal is to guide you through the process in an effortless and fun way. The Riaa & Co. team is skilled in handling all aspects of a design job, including project management, budget review, and collaborating with architects and trades. Together, we can create the home of your dreams.

Staging for Sale
We offer both Partial and Full Styling allowing you to choose the areas of your home you wish to style. In the Partial Styling option we will accent your existing furniture with our hand-picked accessories. The Full Styling option allows you to take advantage of Riaa & Co.’s collection of furniture and accessories to best showcase your living spaces.
