Her design perfectly combines my vision of a warehouse renovation with the practical needs of a modern residence and the constraints and limitations of the existing building. I found Renuka very friendly and easy to work with. She always listened to my ideas and provided advice or alternatives when needed. She took time to explain the process and she supported and guided me through each step. She was flexible and accommodating of my needs and made everything very easy for me. I had heard many negative stories regards renovating but found none of them to be true whilst using RMR Architects for the renovation of our 1926 Californian Bungalow. Renuka listened to what I wanted for the home and delivered a design that exceeded our expectations. Innovative solutions to awkward spaces ensure our home flows seamlessly and is as practical as it is beautiful, with the inclusion of architectural details that make our home unique and interesting. Her great rapport with the builder ensured that the speedy resolution of any problems was conducted with a high-quality outcome always a priority. We first approached RMR to help us with conceptualising a second-storey extension and extending our downstairs living area. Renuka was able to provide some amazing ideas, that really helped us to understand what we could achieve and ultimately visualise how the finished renovation would look. We contracted RMR to complete the final designs, help us find a builder and manage the project to completion. We were extremely happy with how the project went and found it really valuable to have someone you could trust to work on your behalf with the builder and simplify the many decisions you need to make.  

I have been extremely happy with the renovation and would recommend RMR to anyone looking to renovate their property. Renuka did an amazing job with the design and the extension really complements the original design. A lot of thought was put into the small details of the design, which has really helped to make it look natural. We love the final results.

My wife and I had immense difficulty in trying to work out what our renovated home should look like. After some years of going around in circles on our own, we engaged Renuka as our architect and landed the problem in her lap! Renuka spent a few days looking at our specific needs and aspirations and then challenged us to imagine what our dream home would look like. We have her quite a list of requirements and a few weeks later she presented us with an amazing design for our dream home! Now having lived in that dream home, 15 years on, I am happy to say that we still come home after work and have a smile on our faces when we walk in. That wow factor is still there! We found them very helpful and professional and gave them the go-ahead with the process They recommended builders, and throughout the project, Renuka was on top of everything. Her presence was so, that the builders were nervous about her onsite meetings. She was there throughout the project, making sure builders did the work to the required standards and to our satisfaction. Interior she gave us ideas with paint, tile colour and flooring as well as stockists which made the process effortlessly for me. I highly recommend her. Their professionalism and expertise were invaluable to us.

Renuka listened to my requirements and came up with a variety of practical solutions. This resulted in a floor plan that turned an ordinary 'box' building into something very interesting. She clearly explained all processes involved with the project and was especially willing to answer any questions when changes had to be made during construction. We had regular phone calls and detailed minutes of meetings with the architect, builder and myself. Renuka chased up paperwork from the builder etc. Timeline took a little longer than expected, but that was due to building issues. Renuka did a thoroughly professional job. I'm willing to recommend Renuka to anyone. Very happy with the result of the design and final outcome

My partner and I approached Renuka to help design our first home. Her attention to detail, maximising usable space and providing a very modern feel were more than we could have asked for. In addition, constant communication in relation to alternate suggestions, to what we had originally asked for, was a real pleasure - as we had never thought of such options. We engaged Renuka of RMR Architects to renovate our house some years ago. She listened to our brief with care and came up with a different approach we had not thought of. Our small 2 bedroomed weatherboard house was kept with a few alterations and a substantial new extension was added. With this design, the house could be used as one large house or two connected independent units. This has allowed us to stay in our family home as we age, but always with companionship. Initially with our adult children, then university-aged grandchildren and others. Later, we engaged Renuka to renovate our bathroom which refreshed the look and also provided enhanced accessibility features. We love our home and we are very happy with all the work she has done.
