What makes commercial furniture different from regular furniture?
Commercial furniture is designed for heavy and prolonged use, often up to 8-12 hours a day. It is built with durable materials to withstand this usage, ensuring longevity and a good return on investment. In contrast, domestic furniture is typically used for shorter periods and is not built to the same robust standards.

Do you provide furniture assembly services?
Absolutely! We take care of furniture assembly, placement, and packaging disposal, leaving every space we curate photo-ready.

I find the process of selecting furniture overwhelming. Can you assist me in making choices?
Certainly! Our experienced team of interior designers and architects will work closely with you to ensure that the furniture selected is fit for purpose, aligns with the space, meets the brief, and looks absolutely fabulous!

What are the lead times for delivery?
Lead times vary depending on the project. We have stock available in Adelaide for next-day delivery if needed. Custom-manufactured items typically take around 20 working days. For stock imported from Vietnam, China, and the UK, the usual lead time is 10-12 weeks. We prioritize delivering the right product on time and will ensure that our suggestions align with your deadlines.

What are your payment terms?
We require a 50% deposit to order stock, with the balance due seven days prior to installation.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

Can you work with custom designs or specific themes?
Absolutely! We understand that every space is unique. Our team is adept at working with custom designs and themes to create a space that reflects your vision and brand identity.
