Alex and the team provided a solution for the renovations of my property in Woollahra that was both architecturally refined while being suitable and considerate with Council's controls and conditions. The guidance and knowledge throughout the Development Application process that Alex gave was vital in obtaining an approved DA for the development. Roth listened to our needs and wants and worked with us in designing a scheme that we are both very happy with. We are excited to continue our architectural relationship with Alex and his team.

Having Alex visit for an initial consultation at our property was the best decision we made. Having also been a builder, he offers great insight and a new and informed perspective as he walks around the property.

We live in a semi, which joins two other properties in a highly populated residential area. Alex gave us advice and brainstormed ideas from alternative entrance areas to make this a value-adding feature of the property. Each opinion he provided was creative and considered and something we had not thought of before.

In particular, Alex had an excellent understanding of how to introduce and use light and materials such as steel, timber and stone to seamlessly blend traditional and contemporary styles.
