Licenced Building Practitioner ( LBP)

Ryse Construction is proud to be a Licenced Building Practitioner ( LBP) able to carry out restricted building work.

LBPs are building practitioners who have been assessed as competent to carry out building work essential to the structure or weather tightness of residential buildings.  
If your building work is critical to the integrity of your home, it may be restricted to building work. This type of work ensures a property is structurally sound and weathertight.
You must use a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) to design or carry out restricted building work. An LBP must do or supervise this work.    

Site Safe New Zealand

We take our health and safety seriously, that’s why we are proud to be members of site safe.
We actively manage our on and off-site health and safety for our projects and engage in industry training each year to keep our knowledge and skills up to date.

BCITO – Building and Construction Apprenticeship Training Scheme

Here at Ryse our team have either completed or are currently undergoing a building apprenticeship through the BCITO which is our preferred apprenticeship scheme.
Matt completed his carpentry apprenticeship back in March 2008 and has been actively involved in training others since.
