We are extremely pleased to have engaged Steven Batinic of SK4 Constructions for the construction of our two townhouses in Seaford. The attention to detail that Steven showed was very impressive. We found that the whole process was managed very smoothly and efficiently plus the experience was stress free and enjoyable. The build time was far quicker than expected and the handover date was achieved sooner than we thought possible, which meant we moved in prior to Christmas which was a major blessing. Steven provided two homes of excellent quality and our everyday dealings with him were very pleasant. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him.
