Young in years with offices in Melbourne and Geelong, our team brings together decades of experience.

We’re used to working with design-driven client developers and architects on small (and large) projects right throughout Melbourne’s inner and outer suburbs, through Geelong and the Bellarine, as well as down the Mornington Peninsula.

We know what it takes to deliver great outcomes that benefit everyone. In an industry full of big egos, we’re willing to park ours at the door, and get on with getting the small, complex and technical details, just right.

What makes us different is that we offer small-build projects a level of expertise and support that would usually be exclusive to the large-scale business. And, with this, we deliver the same requisite deep thinking and construction intelligence for a larger project.

Our experience includes high-end home renovations and extensions, fit-outs and end-of-lease make-good works, the rectification of water-damaged buildings, the rectification of defective works, building outdoor structures, and more.

We’re Melbourne-based but our projects extend throughout the inner and outer suburbs, and down Mornington Peninsula. With a newly opened office in Geelong, we are also now servicing wider Geelong and the Bellarine Peninsula.

Residential Renovations and New Builds
In the residential space, we’re constantly working across a range of projects that vary in both budget and execution: from high-end architectural homes right down to the small kitchen or bathroom renovations.

We can also provide landscape construction work, the rectification of building defects and maintenance. Small, really is our thing.

Our approach to any problem – both small and complex – is to solve it with best practice, knowledge and experience. An optimal outcome is a focus for every project that comes through our door.

Commercial
Be it small, medium or large — we move quickly, which is part of why we have so many repeat clients. In the commercial space, where projects often have tight time constraints, we get mobilised within hours… not weeks.

Our responsiveness has helped to form our reputation. As we’ve grown we’ve continued to invest in internal resources, employee knowledge, and our trade base so that we can continue to action scopes with speed and efficiency, no matter the size of the budget of the project.

Architects & Designers
We work with designers and architects to create the best outcomes possible for their clients.

Our skills in this area make navigating complications of the existing building or site and any potential challenges achievable for everyone involved. We treat large projects like small ones — with care, courtesy and professionalism.

Display Suites
We’ve got extensive experience building display suites that transport visitors to spaces, representing the marketed apartments, townhouses or projects.

We understand that when display suites are done well, it plays a significant role in the marketing and selling of a project. Converting an abandoned warehouse or former factory into a sleek, comfortable, homely environment, or starting from scratch, is just the kind of small project our team love to take on.
