Solid Build

Solid Build is owned and operated by Gerard Traynor. Gerard cut his teeth working in the high-end market constructing large scale residential projects.

The Solid Build team have knowledge and hands on experience in a wide range of construction projects, and are supported by a highly skilled, tightknit group of subcontractors. They can undertake any type of build you’re after – new builds, renovations and extensions, light commercial or full design and build projects. Nothing is too hard, too complex, or too unique. This is what the boys love creating, so the bigger the plans the better!

We’re Kiwi guys who care about people, and care about delivering an excellent result. Gerard is a family man, so he understands the importance of having a quality home that you love and will grow with you. We do right by those we serve and take great pride in every aspect of our work right down to the finer details -  quite often, it’s someone’s biggest asset and investment that we’re dealing with, so we make sure we get it right.
