#1 - Choose from one of our existing Space Craft NZ designs or customise it to suit your requirements.

#2 - Develop a new design based on our principles.

We offer 2 design only options for those who subscribe to our design principles, live outside the Nelson/Tasman region or already have a builder in mind - or maybe you are a developer looking for a something fresh for the market. Whatever your reason for a design only option, we can work with you from concept to building consent.

By choosing to design with Space Craft NZ you choose to work with an experienced builder that is across design, construction and costings - ensuring you design a house you can actually afford to build.

Space Craft NZ will manage the entire design process, which includes:

• Concept Design & Site Specific Plans
• Submission of Agreed Draft Plans to Council for Building Consent
• Architectural Design
• Structural Engineering
• Geotechnical Engineering (If Required)
• Building Consent Application
• Resource Consent Application (If Required)
• Quantity Survey

We work with you right through the design until the building consent is issued and you are ready to build your new home.

Simon Collins has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. From concrete technology to carpentry and project management, Simon is a dynamic, inquisitive builder; a nurturer of ideas, able to help you design your space or home and fix it in the crosshairs where desire meets budget.

Keile Johns is the business manager and in house philosopher challenging ingrained socio-cultural beliefs around building larger homes; challenging the norms of conventional design and creating a new standard of construction by using premium quality building supplies and choice finishings.
