I had 3 garage doors replaced, 2 were 40yr old Steel-Line garage doors and 1 was younger (but whoops, I backed through it!). They were replaced with 3 new Steel-Line remote operated doors. The installer was easy to talk to and had time to explain the operation and set the remotes the way I wanted them to work. The installation job was completed with ease and satisfaction and the products are high quality.

We previously had 2 single doors and with upgrades of cars it was difficult to line up cars with divider in the middle. The new Steeliness door has solved the problem and now it’s much easier to garage our cars. Door is very silent and smooth. Andy measured up the door and installers took half a day to install and took away old doors.

I booked a job with your company yesterday and received an on time service call today to my Kangaroo Point house. My experience with your company was positive right from the lady that scheduled the on-site visit and supplied pricing to the technician that attended site. The tech turned up on time, reviewed scope of work and quickly realised that I had misdiagnosed the fault and the parts that we had originally thought would be required were not. He rectified the issue and gave good advice on future requirements. Your staff are a credit to your company and you will certainly be getting my future business. Well Done!

Mum is very happy with her new controller door.

Mum came out a nursing home in April after 7 months. I purchased her a unit in Nundah and renovated it in 12 days. The new controller door allows her easy access to her garage where she grows plants and has her craft bench set up. She couldn’t lift the old door as she’s now 87.

This is more the just a door to mum, it’s a special door which allows her freedom to continue to live in her own home and for this reason I would like to thank your company for wonderful service and installation.

From getting the quote to the after service, I have been blown away with the service we have received from your company. I would like to give a huge shoutout to the installer, David, he was awesome!! Also 5 days after getting the garage door installed, I had to phone your 1300 number because my daughter had her garage remote stolen with her purse (I was worried her address was in there and my husband was away). We moved here to Pavilions Close several months ago and I had some minor issues with our tilt-a-door. My initial contact with your company was with Adam Silk – who was extremely helpful in directing me to a resource to replace some aluminium caps. I was impressed with his follow up and friendly manner. My garage door failed to open early yesterday morning and Adam arranged for Sean, one of your service technicians to come out. He has a great demeanour and quickly identified the problem and replaced a failed part in our Merlin Cyclone Pro. The garage door is operating far quieter and better. Sean was very thorough in checking the whole door mechanism and made some minor adjustments to ensure that the door was running smoothly. I also met Adam today and the whole “customer experience” is noteworthy and is the “gold standard”. Sean and Adam are great ambassadors for your company.
