From the start with dealing with Samantha, I just knew I was dealing with the right people from their professionalism. The showroom enabled me to see the products available in person and the quality of SWD’s doors. I also had an opportunity to see actual completed installations with one being St. Ali’s in South Melbourne. Not to mention a few high-profile works that can be seen through SWD’s website. I like the 'old school designs' and SWD can make these if wanted which reminds me of the types of doors in Greece. I also appreciated that in seeing their workshop it felt good knowing that the doors are 100% Australian made keeping local people employed.

Megan did an excellent job drawing all the doors up which made it easy for my builder to build the frames for a spot-on finish.

The onsite installation completed by Dan and his team was simply highly professional. I researched my options prior to selecting SWD, but once I attended their workshop, I just knew that I landed the right company to build my steel doors.

Not to forget James and Dan, who came and did an onsite measure prior to installation to ensure all was good. I cannot forget the glazier Brendon who completed all the glazing. It was a whole team approach that gave me confidence that the installation process would go well knowing the job was being completed by professionals.
