“I was previously unaware of Stonnington Residential and feel fortunate to have been introduced to Enzo and Attila. 

The house I wanted was not a typical Stonnington design. My brief was to build a ‘Hamptons-style’ home – a single storey house with no underground carpark. The size of the land and direction of the sun dictated what we could achieve. I did not need a family home. I sought something designed just for me, with the outdoor area and garden very important. 

After several meetings, Enzo and Attila came up with a design which was almost perfect. It included a wide hallway, large living, dining and kitchen area, a study and two bedrooms. There’s a courtyard to the east, a large terrace in the west, and north-facing veranda at the front.

When it came to designing the interior Attila was fantastic at recommending detail on the cupboards, cornices, skirting boards, etc. His attention to detail was spot on.

During the design and building processes I always felt comfortable with the team. They were patient, understanding, and gave me direction when I was unsure of anything. 

We had a good run with weather and the house was built in six months. I was fortunate enough to have the same three carpenters from start to finish. They were great guys and took pride in their work. Enzo made regular appearances and was always on top of any issues. I was recommended to a landscape designer, which was a wonderful experience. My garden is beautiful and compliments the home.

I feel my home is well built and of very high quality. It has a warm, welcoming and relaxed feel, and is just what I wanted. My expectations were high and I was not disappointed. I could not recommend Stonnington Residential more highly. Thank you.”
