Stuart Osman Building Designs

Our services include design, 3D modelling, detailing and documentation, project management of the building approval process, and project management of required consultants.

Design
Every project is a partnership between your vision and what we as building designers can do to ultimately deliver a tailored solution for you. Our design process starts with storyboards, through to concept drawings, initial floor plans and wireframe models. This is followed by detailed drawings, 3D models and walkthroughs and final output drawings.

Manage
Once your design concept is fully realised, we will take on the responsibility to ensure that your project is always progressing and hassle-free. With over 23 years of experience, we know exactly how to acquire the necessary reports, negotiate with subcontractors, supervise project scope and budget, and meet government building codes.

Construct
Construction is vital to ensure that your home is long-lasting and of high quality. We are fully licensed by the Queensland Building and Construction Commission to ensure that the construction of your home is fault-free. With overseeing the development of your home, we are able to foresee all construction steps through to project completion resulting inefficient design and detailing.

The team here at Stuart Osman Building Designs have provided our clients throughout Queensland and NSW with award-winning design and documentation services for more than 23 years.

Based on the Gold Coast, Queensland our team of designers not only offer exceptional quality and service, we dedicate ourselves to delivering the lifestyle and sharing the vision of all our clients.
