We work in collaboration with leading Interior Designers, Corporate Brand Specialists, major Shop/Commercial Fitters & Joiners, Architects & Specifiers, Retailers, Hospitality, Construction Companies, Home Building Groups, Property Developers, and Hotels.
Shipping & Returns
Delivery, shipping and collections
- The customer is responsible for all freight costs unless otherwise stated.
- Despatch is normally by courier or reputable carrier.
- Surestyle takes every precaution in packing and dispatching your order but accepts no responsibility for goods damaged in transit.
- The customer has the option of arranging for collection of the ordered goods with alternative freighting services or collection in person from the showroom.
Damaged goods
- We will gladly replace or exchange any faulty or sub-standard merchandise, Surestyle Group will arrange a replacement or a refund, and for the incorrect/damaged goods to be returned to Surestyle Group.
- If a suitable replacement or exchange item is not available within a reasonable time we will refund the full purchase price.
Returned goods
- The customer must notify Surestyle in writing within 5 days of receipt of an order of the intention to return goods.
- Goods returned without written notification will not be accepted and must be paid for in full by the customer.
- Please take care in placing your order as your return may be refused without prior approval and a 20% re-stocking fee will be applied on all returns supplied as ordered.
- No credit will be allowed on freight and handling charges.
Products and prices
- Sure style reserves the right to change, improve or delete any products without prior notification. Price changes are kept to a minimum however may be applied without prior notification.
- Any discrepancies between prices on orders and supply prices will be notified by Surestyle prior to shipment.
- All prices shown on the website are priced in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and exclude GST (15% sales tax).
