By entrusting us with your home at the early stages of planning, we are able to help you every step of the way, introducing a single point of accountability and contact. This reduces the back and forth between other parties, such as architects, engineers, surveyors, building certifiers and other consultants your site might require, thereby controlling your timelines.

At SX Constructions, our involvement at the design stage means we can also ensure your budgets are realistic, providing the latest in-market information on materials, technology and overall costs. There’s nothing worse than spending tens of thousands on plans, only to discover you can’t afford to bring them to life. THE PROCESS
At SX Constructions, our design and construct process involves a simple eight-step process. We begin with an initial meeting and on-site consultation to learn more about your home goals, needs and wants before creating a preliminary agreement. We then take your ideas and transform them into a reality with the help of our preferred design teams.

Following your approval of the plans, we’ll put together a preliminary cost estimate, organise building approval and documentation before presenting you with a fixed price contract. Once this is finalised and signed, we’re ready to get started on your project!

During construction, we’ll update you on the progress of your home through site visits and online communications every step of the way. Even after handover, we continue to be of service throughout the warranty period where we tend to any concerns you may have about the home.

This is when a builder demolishes the existing structure and rebuilds a brand new home in its place.
