Drawing upon thirteen years of experience, Tom sets the benchmark for builds that are equal parts striking and smart. Putting his name to the company he’s built, his reputation is defined by integrity and honesty, and the dedication to a vision that’s bigger than himself. A stellar communicator and strong relationship builder, Tom thrives within the community he calls home and proudly supports the Macmasters Boardriders club.  

Mark Reynolds
Project Manager

With a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mark’s experience in Geotech spans fifteen years. A natural communicator and innovative facilitator, it’s his solution-focused approach that sees his work both efficiently and effectively. Overseeing each project from a skilled perspective, Mark provides a seamless experience for the client and the craftspeople involved alike.

Site Manager

As a licensed builder and carpenter, Peter is the connecting link from job site to job done. With over 10 years of experience, his expertise lies in high-end residential projects — and the dedication to detail that comes with it. A resourceful problem solver and quick thinker, Peter works within project timelines and limitations while committing to safety and quality at all times.
