Deon started work at aged 16 working in a Lignite mine in Southland. By the age of 18 he was selling aluminium joinery and would continue in this industry for the next 22 years with some involvements into kitchen, bathrooms and cottage building businesses as well.

Understanding the building industry, the good the bad and the challenging, provided a platform for Deon to excel and become very successful in. Often when asked why he achieved much more than his competitors his response was “Be Thorough, Driven and Honestand this industry will reward you. If you don’t then this industry will hurt you”. These principles Deon took with him, eventually into a successful Business Consultancy, Hebron Business Game Changers.

For the last 16 years he has remained actively working with many businesses associated with construction from; Forestry, Timber Milling, Reinforcing, Roofing, Windows, Kitchens, Bathrooms, Heating Providers, Housing Companies and even Financing to name but a few. Deon understands the challenges from supply to an excellent finished project and the many demands along the way to make this happen.
