The electrical work on the facility is significant, incorporating data connectivity throughout, specialised audio and visual cabling, unique imported lighting, a business server and a carpentry
workshop.
Despite detailed planning, there were always going to be variations. The TopMark team were able to foresee needs before they arose (such as pre installing a pull wire for the fibre optic internet
connection) and responded well to the numerous changes of scope along the way, Topmark Electrical were instrumental to setting up the power, lighting, sound and data – all critical factors to the fulfilment of the pro clima HUB’s objectives

You came onto the project via our builder, but from that point took complete ownership of your work and pricing. Your communication was always open and thorough. The team were easy to talk to and always proactive with their approach. We had some tricky parts to the project - it was a brick house that we needed to upgrade to all modern switches, high speed broadband. You got where we were coming from in terms of aesthetic and cost which we really appreciated.
Your team were fantastic. They always turned up on time, ready to go working neatly and efficiently. The handover between your staff was also fantastic, so if the key guy wasn’t able to be on site, the others knew exactly what to do.
The results speak for themselves - the house is fantastic, up for a couple of awards and already featured in Urbis magazine. We would get you guys back in a heart beat on any other project we did.
