I purchased some trial handles for my kitchen after I spoke to one of the team about a return policy which they were more than happy to help me with; knowing I could return anything that didn't suit, I went ahead and purchased. Accidentally, I purchased the wrong colour so I phoned the team and they corrected the order immediately.

I received the handles the very next morning (Friday). I placed the final order to suit my needs and discovered after placing the order that my family had moved the little discount card the team had sent with my original order.

Again I phoned and asked if this could be applied even though I'd missed it on my order and within 2 mins of hanging up (and this is not an exaggeration) I received a notification regarding the refund.

IF ONLY EVERYONE WERE AS HELPFUL, THOROUGH AND HAPPY TO HELP AS TOUCH HANDLES and THEIR PARENT COMPANY DORSET.

Great product and serviceOnline ordering was an easy process with a good range of handles. The handles were delivered to our home within a couple of days. We are very pleased with the product but are yet to fit them. Will definitely be ordering more when we do our kitchen in a month or two
