Main focus of this review is to say thanks for the terrific service I received in response to an issue with shipment of my order. During installation of the blinds I discovered they had been damaged in shipment - the box had obviously been dropped on one end and the blinds bent and mechanisms damaged. I contacted BlindsOnline and could not be more complimentary of their response to the problem (thanks to Natalie in particular). After verifying the damage via photos they replaced the blinds without charge even though they were not directly responsible for the damage. Very happy with the quality of the blinds overall, and with the excellent service I have no hesitation in recommending BlindsOnline highly.  

I was interested in simple roller blinds and Blinds Online was a great solution. I can't speak for the quality or ease of installation of the other types of blinds. But the roller blinds were fairly straight forward to measure up and install. All I needed was a tape measure and a Phillips head screw driver.

Ordering online was a breeze. I made sure I double checked my measurements and I found the ordering, such as which side for the chain, roll to go over or back etc., was easy to follow. The roller blinds I ordered were very wide, I was worried about damage during delivery but no need the blinds were well packaged and delivered on time. Easily installed just followed the instructions that are available on the website. 

After hunting around for blinds at all the big retailers and frustrated at not finding what I wanted in the size I needed, I found Blinds Online and thought I'd give them a go - blinds were PERFECT and delivery was quick. Really happy - will be buying more blinds from them very soon!

We bought a large sunblock roller blind using the easy to navigate ordering system. The blind was delivered ahead of the advised time, and was easy to install. It is exactly as described and provides just the right amount of block-out. We now intend ordering more blinds for our non-standard windows.

Their measurement instructions are super easy to follow, I did exactly what they said and each blind fit perfectly. I installed the blinds myself and it wasn't hard. Anyone who is a little bit handy wouldn't have an issue. Great product, and for at least half the price of some other suppliers, so worth it!
