In terms of design and choice of fittings, communication and level of professionalism, UpBuild’s modus operandi is second to none. During the course of the construction, we were made to feel fully informed and confident, that the project was running to plan in both terms of schedule and budget. We will be using UpBuild in the future for further developments to our facility and would strongly recommend their services to those considering doing the same.

Dan and his team completed a renovation on our home with a superb outcome. Throughout the process I regularly changed my mind, nothing was a problem with the team, working to ensure the best result. I am happy to recommend “Upbuild Constructions” for future projects. UpBuild Constructions has carried out refurbishments and station enhancements for NSW Ambulance (NSWA).

NSWA projects require very detailed coordination due to station operations and specific designs to suit specialised needs. UpBuild Constructions met all those requirements, not to mention meeting extremely tight time frames and working through client changes as the projects went along.

More importantly, the quality of the work is great, in fact, I often receive compliments from station paramedics on the finishes.

Due to the success of previous engagements, Upbuild Constructions were re-engaged by Stella Engineering for our latest Building expansion in January 2020.

The brief was an entire upstairs floor fit-out, comprising of a large modern spacious managers office, two assembly/production spaces, a fully equipped modern kitchen, server and archives room and provision for a future luxury bathroom. All were fully airconditioned and seamlessly integrated with the main workspace, which was to remain uninterrupted for the entire duration of the build.

Once again Dan Uptin and his team exceeded our expectations on all levels. The UpBuild team were involved from the initial vision of the project, through design and selection of all materials, joinery and appliances, to hand over what is nothing short of an exceptional example of a high-quality modern and elegant workspace.

Dan has also upped the ante in terms of customer communication, by incorporating an online customer collaboration portal. We found this a particularly useful tool to maintain clarity of how the project was tracking against our budget and timeline throughout the Building process.

We had received quotes from over 6 other builders at least, before finally meeting Daniel Uptin from UpBuild Constructions.

From the first consultation right through today one of ‘knockdown’, Dan was exceptional in communicating with us, explaining the process, spending hours going through the quote costs and what to expect. We were given a clear plan - literally a day by day build schedule plus a finish date.

We were struggling to find a builder that was up for the task of building a multi-storey home on a steep block of land. Dan and his team delivered a quality build on schedule.
