We are a family-owned and operated business based on the NSW Central Coast.

Headed by Director Dan Uptin, our professional team have been successfully working alongside clients in the Central Coast, Newcastle and Northern Sydney regions for the past number of years.

DEDICATION, COMMITMENT & HISTORY

Dan Uptin’s passion for building stems from several generations within the construction industry.

His father played a pivotal role in his building career, from teaching him the trade to cultivating a strong work ethic, as well as the importance of nurturing strong lasting professional client relationships.

His Grandfather was an extremely talented craftsman, who exuded passion and love of artistic design, producing numerous fine pieces of unique furniture over many years. This passion, attention to detail and deep love of design, has played a huge role in Dan’s approach to his business and life itself.

UpBuild Constructions stands by the belief that our clients should feel confident to trust in their vision and passion, knowing that we are committed to making their creations feasible, financially viable and most importantly, achievable.

Regardless of the challenges of translating your dream into reality, our goal is to share in your passion for the project, working with you without judgement throughout the design, contractual and building process. We thrive on overcoming challenges and obstacles, priding ourselves on exceptional problem solving as we negotiate the demands of successfully meeting the budget, timeframe and complexities of each job.

Our aim is to follow through on all agreements, leaving each job complete both in terms of the end product, fulfilling contractual obligations and solidifying positive relationships with our clients long after the job is complete.

Dan Uptin’s team, most of which have been with him since he started the business, share the same driving energy, professionalism and hard work ethic, as well as UpBuild’s core values of honesty, excellence and accountability that drive our company philosophy.

Jase Uptin, our in-house estimator, recently completed a Bachelor of Construction Management (Building) (Honours). In addition to this, Jase has also completed his Certificate III in Carpentry.

Daniel Nicholls UpBuild’s leading Site Supervisor, in addition to his Carpentry qualifications, is currently undertaking his Certificate IV in Building & Construction, along with his Advanced Diploma in Building Surveying.

Dan Uptin in addition to his Carpentry qualifications has successfully completed his Certificate IV in Building Construction and is currently studying his Diploma in Building & Construction.
