Vincent from VOLUPTO supported us in our bath purchases way beyond our expectations. We live on the south coast of Victoria, and Vincent was very happy to trace the outline of the bath and send it to us so we could have an exact template to place in the space we had for the bath. It fitted within a few millimetres of the space! It is a beautiful bath and is a fabulous part of our ensuite.

Vincent was great to deal with and the beautiful Renoir stone composite bath tub is just what we wanted and fits our outdoor bathroom perfectly. The bath is very comfortable and great quality. We had issues with another company, so I was very cautious, and Vincent was very understanding, and his communication emails & calls were great.

We found the whole experience of selecting a stone bath to be to a high standard. Customer service was excellent and communications free flowing. A visit to the showroom helped land on what we were after. The bath arrived quickly via interstate transport and the bath was packed professionally so as not to be damaged in transit. Once installed it has become the feature of our bathroom. Not only does it look great, it is incredibly comfortable and relaxing to lay in as well. Note, for those looking at a ‘pop-down’ plug, also look to get a thread extender, as the thickness of the stone bath does not give you much, if any, thread to work with without one. Very happy with this purchase.
