Why Choose Us?
We work alongside our clients to make their new home or renovation project a reality and to ensure the building experience is as enjoyable as possible.
Geoff says “ We work closely with you and your architect to ensure you get exactly what you want in your new home or renovation. We often get involved at concept stage and meet architects and other consultants to help you work through your requirements, the consent process and other decisions. We believe the planning and communication procedures we follow are critical to our success.”
Building on Waiheke presents a unique set of building challenges, but our extensive experience means we can help navigate the building process and make it as smooth, efficient, and cost effective as possible. In addition to that, we have a team of suppliers and contractors that we trust and know can deliver the quality we expect.
Our aim is to ensure that the home we build meets our client’s vision and expectations, while running on time and to budget.
