Williams Elvidge

Here at Williams Elvidge we arededicated to working collaboratively with homeowners, architects, and designers to bring your bespoke architectural new build projects to life in the Canterbury region. As a company we pride ourselves on our attention to detail, master craftsmanship, and a touch of luxury, all while maintaining a focus on timeframes and budgets.

When you choose us as your house builders, you can expect a meticulous approach to every aspect of the project. The team works closely with architects and designers to ensure a seamless integration of the envisioned plans. We take the time to meet you onsite, or in the office and discuss the plans in detail, and assess the site before preparing a comprehensive quote.

Once the construction process begins, we offer full project management services to ensure a smooth and efficient build. We will oversee all aspects of the project, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and keeping a close eye on timelines and budgets.
