What we do
Design and Build
You can engage YBL Building from the very first ideas you have of your build project. We have professional architects we work closely with and together we can provide ideas and inspiration to help design your dream home. We have the knowledge, experience and qualified support networks to manage your build from Consents right through to Code of Compliance.
New Builds
If you have plans designed and ready to go we can go straight to our Qualified Quantity Surveyor to accurately cost and timeline your build project. This provides transparent pricing of quality build materials and our highly qualified subcontractors. It also gives us a clear timeline for your build. You will be engaged with your build each step of the way from the diggers first turn of dirt, to opening your finished homes front door.
Renovations and Extensions to existing homes
Does your existing home need a re-vamp? Do you want to extend your homes foot-print? Our team of qualified builders can re-create your dream home ensuring attention to detail seamlessly combines new modern elements into your existing design.
Luxury Apartments
After being engaged by a developer to build 15 high end luxury apartments on the steep schist slopes of Queenstown Hill, we can confidently assure you we have experience in the toughest of builds. YBL Building had the head construction contract on this 2-year project and were involved with project management as well as constructing all buildings with precision craftsmanship and a professional service. If you need confident project management and a highly qualified carpentry team for a complex build project, we can tackle that task!
