Yunca® Group trades both nationally and internationally, and has a strong position in the New Zealand market. Yunca Group is 100% New Zealand owned.  Based in Invercargill., New Zealand it was established in 1977 by Terry Young under the philosophy "quality first".

Its traditional core activity has been the manufacturing of domestic home heating appliances.  Yunca has been exporting since 1984 to Australia, the Netherlands, Greece, the USA, Canada and Japan. Over the past 39 years, the company has diversified into a number of varying fields including production engineering, aluminium smelter servicing and supplies, transport engineering, LPG gas distribution and vitreous enamelling and powder coating. Yunca has continued to expand and restructure existing facilities to remain competitive.
