50sixone is one of the hottest places in Adelaide, it is a kitchen and desert bar, with food, deserts and milkshakes that have to be seen to be believed
A special place like this needs an special design, co owner Simon wanted a Manhattan Loft warehouse, glam style. "I went to Melbourne for a week just to look at some places. I took a bit from each place that I liked and put it together," says Simon continuing.
One of the things Simon picked up on were our light fixtures. With the help of LightSource Australia, Simon and designer Mary Ash, decided that the Mondo Hangman wall lights and Apollo Pendants were a perfect fit for the look and feel of this space.
