After the Canterbury earthquake ACC, relocated temporarily to premises in Addington. This project gave ACC the opportunity to move into permanent new premises within the Christchurch Integrated Government Accommodation (CIGA) project. Pelorus were selected as designers for this project, and worked closely with ACC to develop a workspace that meets their needs.

The design is largely generic office space but also incorporates alternative workstyles with “runway” desking and personal lockers distributed throughout providing a degree of flexibility whilst also looking forward to accommodate the organisations new ways of working.

Pelorus have provided comprehensive architectural services from the project establishment stage onwards.
