Amayjen’s newly located restaurant in Palmerston North is a combination of delicious food and stunning interior design.

Run by husband and wife team Andrew and Jenni May, Amayjen takes great pride in sourcing the best local and seasonal ingredients to ensure that their menu is full of fresh variety and reflects their passion for food and Aoteroa, New Zealand.
Special emphasis was put on making sure that, once complete, this restaurant’s design would match Amayjen’s high-end cuisine and service.
Working closely with local interior design legends, Emma Brown Design, they achieved the opulent ambiance that aligned with their restaurant’s values. Emma Brown Design completely refitted this restaurant, from layout to window treatments, to soft-furnishings, and of course, tiles!

This look was achieved with help from Quantum’s stunning Hope Olive tile, lining their counter and bar to create a stunning visual impact to greet customers as they walk in; it’s varying tones blending seamlessly with the lush greenery and moody features.
