Comprehensive renovation of a two-storey penthouse apartment, enhancing the original 1967 structure with a swimming pool, outdoor entertainment area, and motor court for a luxurious living experience in Orakei.

In 1992 a two-storey penthouse apartment was built on top of the original two apartments built in 1967. We were asked by the new owners to renovate all the apartments. This included the addition of a swimming pool, outdoor entertainment area, and motor court for the top apartment.
