Tasman Homes

A stunning architectural masterpiece designed to enhance breathtaking views of Richmond, featuring unique external elements that harmonize with the native bush-clad hillside.

Our clients purchased the site across the road from their existing home in order to retain their gorgeous views overlooking Richmond, so building their dream home meant starting with a blank canvas. A stunning home with many special external features to make it ‘pop’ from the native bush-clad hillside.

Professional Reviews

“We have found Garry Nott and his team to be reliable, hard working, professional, approachable, flexible and good-humoured. Garry had a reliable, friendly and good-humoured team around him and enjoyed an excellent rapport with the local sub-contractors who worked on the project. We were very satisfied with the quality of work completed by Tasman Homes, their attention to detail, the finish achieved and the excellence of the follow-up to any matters that required attention. As a result, we have continued to use Tasman Homes for a number of additional minor projects, and would be only too happy to employ them to build a house for us again in the future.”
